Because you are working way more hours with your own business, I think there is greater burnout. Since so many businesses fail within five years of startup, many people end up going back to getting jobs at established businesses. The kind of business you own makes a big difference though. Why not have one that doesn't have employees or the handling of products. How about working only an hour or two a day.
